Around 10 months after birth the cattle is moved from our breeding farm to our fattening farm, where they are raised until they are about 30 months of age.

Fattening techniques differ from breeding, and require specialized technique necessary to increase weight and the quality of meat.

A group of professionals work daily to improve the quality of the cattle with specific diet and meticulous attention to detail.
