Putting Safety and Security into Practice

Farm HACCP aims to promote hygenic livestock farm management by introdycing the concept of HACCP, a systematic preventive approch setting control points, with continuous monitoring and data recording into the farm to eliminate hazards.

In March 2020, our Hikami Honjo (our central ranch) in Hyogo Prefecture became the first beef cattle fattening company in the prefecture to become HACCP cerfitied.We hope to take this oppurtunity to furthur our practice of safety and security to other locations and improve hygiene management at each of our farms.
